Elise N. Hillman is a native of Chesapeake, Virginia and proud honor graduate of Hampton University, one of the best Historically Black College and Universities.  Since childhood, Elise has always had a passion for sports; she played basketball, softball, volleyball, ran track, cross-country, and she loves football.

While earning her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sports Management, Elise worked tirelessly during her undergraduate years to enhance her business acumen.  She held a full-time job in hospitality and was no stranger to the athletic department; working in the Sports Information office, Athletic Training room, and even during the summers with the Director of Facilities and Equipment Operations.

Since graduating from Hampton University, Elise has held positions as the VP of Marketing and Branding for Paramount Sports and Entertainment, Public Affairs Specialist for Cox Communications, and Director of Marketing and Multimedia for the (MEAC).  

Elise N. Hillman is the proud Owner and Founder of Hillman LLC, a company providing clients with innovative and strategic solutions to achieve their business goals. She’s been blessed with the opportunity to work with a myriad of professional athletes, authors, publishers, motivational speakers, entertainers, and non-profit organizations. Over the last ten years, her events have engaged, developed, and impacted countless individuals and communities. 

Today, Elise is widely known as an innovator in her field with great energy, possessing the skill and experience to make things happen.  Elise lives by her daily motto, Another day, Another opportunity.
